Job Designation : Process Executive
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year
Skill Set :
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge on Banking processes and basic Data Comprehension.
- Familiar with financial operations and terminologies.
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.
- Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
- US Shift – Candidates should be flexible for rotational shifts as we cover 15 hours operating window.
