Job Description:
Join the innovative team at GO-AI, where your role as a GO AI Associate directly contributes to the seamless operations of Amazon Fulfillment centers. As a GO AI Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images.
Responsibilities:
- Watch and thoroughly understand videos depicting stowing actions at Amazon Fulfillment centers.
- Utilize your logical reasoning skills and human judgment to accurately annotate the activities captured in the videos.
- Verify and mark product locations using designated tools with the highest level of accuracy to maintain stow quality.
- Demonstrate excellent data accuracy and attention to detail in all annotations.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams, showcasing exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain a constructive spirit of discontent to drive continuous improvement.
- Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of tools and applications used in a day-to-day work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on listening.
- Ability to work with remote teams and maintain high levels of teamwork.
- Comfortable with prolonged video annotation tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, with a 9-hour shift including breaks.
