Job Description:
Reliance is seeking talented and motivated fresher graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for computer networking to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on designing, planning, and engineering end-to-end international networks. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for validating technical requirements and designs, supporting network deployment/upgrades, and troubleshooting network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks.
- Validate technical requirements and designs for enabling global roaming, including authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management.
- Support the preparation of technical level proposals for new network deployment/upgrades/investments.
- Execute validation of service provider capabilities in terms of performance, coverage, etc.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network, performance, and route analysis.
- Identify root cause issues and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Sound programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, etc.
- Sound knowledge of network deployment.
- Familiarity with computer networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with best software engineering practices and development models.
- Strong technical orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
