Role : Talent Acquisition – Onboarding Specialist

Experience: 2 5 Years

Job Location: Bangalore

Min. Education Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night & rotational shift

Must Have: Experience in International HRO is a Must – Preferably US / UK

Job Description:-

1. Point of contact for all candidates post offer acceptance, Contact candidate, share hiring process

2. Select appropriate background check package based on job code, location, etc

3. Schedule start date and select appropriate onboarding event in My Learning

Role : Talent Acquisition – Interview Scheduling

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

3. Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring onboarding, etc).

3. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, Hire Score, Avature, X-ray/Boolean search, appropriate user groups or professional affiliations, etc.
