Job description:
Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). UiPath is must
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, solution design, and user manuals
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements
- Identify potential areas for process improvement and propose automation solutions to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an RPA Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions using UiPath
- Experience in creating attended and un-attended robots
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or VB.NET, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of data handling, data manipulation, and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) are a plus
