Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Capital Market Operations, particularly in Settlements, for our Investment Operations team. As a Settlements Specialist, you will be responsible for trade delivery, depository confirmation, and trade settlement on all securities traded within the Equity and Fixed Income Trading Department. This role involves complex transaction processing, review of team work, achieving and improving established SLAs and KPIs, team building, client stakeholder interaction, and supporting managerial goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduates/Post Graduates in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Market Operations (Middle and Back office)
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Good understanding of systems like Bloomberg, Eagle, Market Axess, Oasys, OMGEO, Swift (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and review complex transaction processing
- Review work done by the team
- Achieve and improve established SLAs, KPIs, and goals
- Build a team through recruitment, mentoring, coaching, and training
- Update and maintain training material and documentation
- Interact with client stakeholders
- Support Manager in strategic and tactical goals laid down by the organization
