Position: Backend Operations Processor (Non-Voice Process)

Job Description: As a Backend Operations Processor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing a superior understanding of client plan provisions, identifying opportunities for knowledge enhancement, and delivering high standards of quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client plan provisions and supporting documentation.
- Prioritize work to effectively respond to client needs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in daily huddles and status meetings.
- Adapt to new tasks promptly to meet client/internal goals.
- Seek and accept feedback to enhance knowledge and capabilities.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
- Work with supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in Excel and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with maps and mapmaker products.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and keen eye for errors.
- Analytical approach and logical skills.
- Flexibility to work from the office and in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Education: Arts and Science graduates (2020-2023).
Additional Information:
- Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
- One-way transport provided.
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM onwards (fixed shift) / WO – Saturday/Sunday.
