Job Description: Tech Mahindra is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates to kickstart or further develop their careers in the dynamic BPO sector. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through voice support, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver satisfactory solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer support through voice interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is an asset but not required.
- Good customer handling skills with excellent English language proficiency (verbal and written).
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Flexible to work from the office and in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
