Job Description:
Wipro Limited is conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Process Associate – Non Voice (International) at our Bhubaneswar location. We are looking to fill 30 openings for this role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in a non-voice international process.
- Work in the healthcare domain, with 12 months or more of experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including voice clarity, accent neutrality, fluency in English, and good grammar.
- Possess basic computer operation knowledge.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotate shifts as required.
- Exhibit strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and good sales skills.
- Candidates must be double vaccinated and comfortable with working from the office.
Qualifications:
- Graduates or Higher Secondary Certificate holders.
- Previous experience in BPS domain will be advantageous.
- Technical graduates or diploma candidates need not apply.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 1.75 LPA for fresher, negotiable for experience up to 2 LPA ++ incentives.
- Double vaccinated certificate, Aadhaar card, and PAN card are required.
