Job Description:
- Conducting International Voice Process for Premium Telecom Clients.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and interpretation skills to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Providing excellent communication in English to ensure clear and concise interaction with customers.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer service.
- Candidates with 1 year of international BPO experience will be given preference.
- Working in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office located at Plot -131-133, NSEZ, Sector 81, Noida.
- 5 days working schedule with pickup and drop facilities available.
