- Keeping up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.

- 100% development of both front and back-end programming.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems.
- Experience with integration of multiple data sources and databases.
- Familiarity with fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Ability to optimize output for various delivery platforms (mobile vs. desktop).
