Position: Should Costing Engineer
Experience: 3-10 Years
Location: Pune
Job Description:
- Gain working exposure to manufacturing processes across various engineering commodities such as sheet metal, machined items, plastic, rubber, assemblies, etc. Experience in plastic and sheet metal is preferred.
- Provide hands-on support for new product development with suppliers. Offer technical guidance to vendors for process mapping and machine selection.
- Conduct cost calculations for reference/target cost and participate in negotiations for new components.
- Utilize should costing software like aPriori, Costimator, TCPCM to analyze costs effectively.
- Candidates with a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
