Job Title: GO AI Associate
GO-AI, a cutting-edge initiative aimed at revolutionizing Amazon Fulfillment operations with the power of human support. As a GO AI Associate, you’ll play a vital role in enabling hands-free active stowing through meticulous visual annotations on videos and images. By providing accurate insights into the products stored at our fulfillment centers, you’ll directly contribute to maintaining stow quality and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Watch and thoroughly understand videos depicting stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
- Utilize your logical reasoning skills and human judgment to accurately annotate the activities captured in the videos.
- Verify and mark product locations using specialized tools with the highest level of precision.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, demonstrating a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams, exhibiting exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Adapt to a 24×7 operational environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent data accuracy and logical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Basic understanding of internet usage and ability to set up/use laptops or desktops.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to work with precision for prolonged periods.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with consistency in performance.
Additional Details:
- Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts with breaks, subject to change quarterly or as per business needs.
- Rotational two-consecutive day offs per week (5-day working week).
- Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon’s work policy for associates working in night shifts.
