Responsibilities:
- Analyze user data, conduct research, and review support tickets to understand user pain points and address them effectively.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement solutions derived from your research and analysis.
- Drive the adoption of existing product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data trends and take proactive measures accordingly.
- Maintain close interaction with customers through research or other channels to address critical issues.
- Brainstorm solutions for customer tickets related to specific product features.
- Work with developers and designers to implement new features and resolve existing bugs.
- Scale product features through collaboration with the marketing team or self-adoption solutions.
- Potential for PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance.
