Graduate Business and Data Analyst – SpainJob Description:
In accordance with plan and team guidance, performs/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
Collects, records, and analyses data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to other team members for review and feedback.
Utilize historical data to perform requirements analysis and identify trend lines across several data sources within the organization to support decisions
Apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast and employ business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data)
Utilize the Business Intelligence analytics database to carry out statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting as required
Assures accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
Maximum 3 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
Excellent English skills, written and spoken
Knowledge and Skills Required
Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
Basic knowledge of research methodology
Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
