- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Meet Customer service call handling quotas.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.
- Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week off.
- Cab Facility will be provided only for night shift (odd hours)
