Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Review and process invoices, provide resolutions, and release invoices for payment.
- Demonstrate basic concepts of Accounts Payable processes, including 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN, etc.
- Handle PO, non-PO, and Utilities Invoice processing.
- Conduct invoice auditing and payment processing.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP/Navision for processing.
Record to Report:
- Manage Month End Closing processes.
- Perform Reconciliations (Key & Non-Key).
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba s4, and HRC High radius.
- Handle Standard & recurring J/Es (including accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases).
- Process Nonstandard J/Es (including accruals, prepaid, deferrals).
Cash Applications/Collections:
- Post payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts, ensuring accurate posting to customer accounts.
- Collect delinquent amounts from customers over the phone or obtain payment promises.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/BBA)
