Key Responsibilities:
Product Requirements:
- Understand and analyze functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to clarify and resolve ambiguities.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the impact of new requirements.
- Provide input on development estimates to the team lead.
- Develop low-level design documents, incorporating feedback from architects.
Product Design and Development:
- Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies/products.
- Provide technical direction for product research, design, analysis, and testing.
- Develop high-level software design documents with guidance from architects.
- Establish and adhere to design standards to meet product requirements.
- Resolve complex programming and design issues.
- Participate in architecture/code reviews to preempt implementation problems.
- Build and review code based on design documents.
- Offer technical guidance to the team and resolve technical challenges.
- Review test cases, coding standards, and defects to improve quality.
- Support user acceptance testing and gather client feedback.
Product Testing:
- Review test cases and plans.
- Conduct integration testing and resolve defects during various release phases.
Product Training and Documentation:
- Contribute to and review technical documentation for key features.
Product Sign-Offs:
- Resolve existing issues and gather user feedback to enhance usability.
Project Management:
- Report module development status to the development lead.
People Management:
- Mentor junior Software Engineers.
- Set goals and conduct performance appraisals for team members.
Skill Set:
- Proficient in .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and testing skills.
- Strong programming, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
