Key Responsibilities
- Preventing issues and solving customer queries.
- Providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email.
- Handling order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
- Using various tools to navigate, research, review solutions, and communicate with customers.
Skill Set
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to use a desktop computer system.
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly and customer-focused.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Right to work in India.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime.
Work Schedule
- Operating hours: 12 am to 12 pm, Sunday to Monday.
- Minimum of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
- May require working on national holidays.
