Job Description: As a Customer Service New Associate, you will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLA’s. The Query Management team, which you will be a part of, is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve customer issues.
This role is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, which focuses on providing technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software, and infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve routine problems using precedents and general guidelines
- Interact primarily within your team and with your direct supervisor
- Follow detailed instructions for all tasks
- Make decisions that impact your own work and are closely supervised
- Contribute individually as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
