- Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of data management and analytical skills.
- Familiar with logistics and solid documentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of multitasking voice and data entry.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and a good initiative taker.

- Handle customer requests while meeting all SLAs (TAT, productivity, and quality).
- Quickly and efficiently understand process knowledge.
- Actively participate in team-building activities.
- Adapt to learning newer technologies and changing business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
