Key Responsibilities:
- Review, design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose design solutions.
- Create and optimize ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and approvals.
- Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs to develop and customize ServiceNow functionalities.
- Support integration efforts using ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide troubleshooting and support during integration testing and production phases.
- Document technical processes and solutions effectively.
- Resolve issues reported by users promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
- Experience in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
