Skill Set:
- Good knowledge of content management and moderation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong computer skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
- Fluent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Graduation passed in 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 (CMM & PC certificates mandatory).
- Post-graduation: Only MBA candidates are eligible.
- Languages such as Punjabi, Bengali, Arabic, Urdu, or Malayalam are an added advantage.
- No gaps of more than 2 years in the resume.
Job Description:
- Comfortable viewing and moderating sensitive content.
- Strong psychological resilience to manage content for long hours.
- Ability to distinguish good and bad content on videos.
