- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

- Understanding of technical specifications
- Proficiency with the Windows desktop environment and tools like Word, Excel, IE, and Firefox
- Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing for Amazon’s cutting-edge applications and products
- Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing without compromising quality
- Use tools like adb command for data capture
- Capture results, escalate failures, and provide regular status updates
- Raise and close all failures/doubts in the clarification portal as per SLAs
