Job Responsibilities
As an Application Development Associate at Accenture, you will:
- Design, build, test, and support applications based on business requirements
- Analyze performance impacts and deliver software accordingly
- Develop automation tools, new features, and enhancements
- Support clients via email, voice, or chat in resolving technical issues
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and integrate the latest technology trends
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of ABAP on HANA, CDS, and AMDP
- Exposure to Salesforce customization
- Familiarity with J2EE, .NET (ASP.NET / MVC), and full-stack development
- Awareness of automation testing concepts, processes, and tools
Candidate Requirements
- Completed graduation or post-graduation in eligible streams without academic gaps
- No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding
- Maximum of 11 months of prior work experience
- Should not have appeared for Accenture’s hiring process in the last 3 months
- Willing to relocate and work in a 24×7 shift environment based on project requirements
- Must be eligible to work in India
