Role Overview
As a Software Development Engineer (Backend), you’ll be part of a close-knit team solving real-world problems. You’ll build systems that are scalable, performant, and resilient. Your work will go far beyond building APIs—your contributions will help shape Titan’s core infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems
- Build and optimize distributed systems for cost and performance
- Solve backend challenges like abuse prevention, automation, and monitoring
- Contribute to shared frameworks used across teams
- Collaborate across functions to deliver well-architected solutions
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend development, ideally using Java
- Familiarity with Spring Framework, AWS, Microservices, and Kubernetes
- Solid foundation in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL)
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking
- Passion for automation, security, and scalable design
- Collaborative mindset with a strong product focus
