Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet service targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools and software.
- Follow internal protocols and maintain professionalism at all times.
