Job Description:
As an Apprentice, you will be part of the FIG – Bank Rates team, responsible for collecting and managing financial data sourced directly from bank websites and through communication with financial institutions. The team operates across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact US-based banks primarily via phone, supported by email and web research, to collect interest rate information
- Timely and accurate data entry into internal databases
- Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and standards
- Suggest improvements for data collection methods
- Work on additional responsibilities like Fees and charter-based tasks
- Contribute to team initiatives including Lean, Automation, and Quality Analytics
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree (Any Stream)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 rotational shift (including US hours)
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
- Team player with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Prior calling experience is a plus
- Keen interest in the technology and financial sector
