Job Description
Cognizant is conducting a walk-in interview for a Non-Voice Process role at its Coimbatore campus. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates from Arts and Science backgrounds to join a leading global IT company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international non-voice customer support tasks
- Maintain service quality and accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures and workflow
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Eligibility Criteria
- 2022, 2023, 2024 batch graduates only
- Degrees accepted: BA, BBA, BMS, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BVSc
- BE/BTech and Postgraduates are not eligible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Willing to work night shifts (US) and from office
- Only immediate joiners
- No prior experience allowed
Documents to Carry (Mandatory)
- Two hard copies of updated resume
- One recent passport-size photo (soft copy taken in last 1 month)
- All academic mark sheets & provisional certificate (10th, 12th, UG)
- Soft copies of Aadhar, PAN, and Voter ID
