INTERNSHIP – HR ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE – EUROPEJob Description:
Archiving document – uploading documents such us return to work, sick note, fit note to dedicated system
Generating documents such as payslips or P60
Triaging tickets – passing them to relevant team to resolve
Answering simple HR related queries
Preparing and providing references
Sending out chaser messages
Qualification:
A student or recent graduate
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
English at C1 level is a must
Eager to learn and work in a global environment
Customer oriented
Experience with MS office
