This opportunity is open to candidates with BA, BBA, BSc, BCom, BE, B.Tech, MBA, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MCom, PhD, or any equivalent degree, from batches 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and earlier (up to 2014).

Job Responsibilities
- Handle technical support, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions
- Gather client requirements, respond to RFIs, and follow up with prospects
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
- Offer phone-based support to international clients
Required Skills & Pre-requisites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least six months of experience in a client-facing role (preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Chennai
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Flexibility to work in night shifts
