Job Description
Cognizant is hiring freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) for a research and data analyst role in Hyderabad. Candidates will be responsible for extracting relevant information on activities, events, and topics related to businesses and points of interest, as per training and policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough secondary research on activities/events of businesses and places.
- Read user reviews and extract key activities.
- Analyze images/videos for activity identification.
- Categorize activities and events into buckets based on given guidelines.
- Identify relevant/irrelevant aspects for place/business ratings.
- Ensure tasks are completed within SLA/TAT timelines.
- Independently manage daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
Skills Required
- Communication: Strong English communication & interpersonal skills.
- Comprehension: Ability to read and understand English content.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in using Google for reliable information gathering.
- General Awareness: Knowledge of consumer services like food, restaurants, leisure, lifestyle, and entertainment.
- Technical Skills: MS Office or equivalent tools.
- Other Skills: Logical ability, data interpretation, attention to detail, accuracy.
