Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 are eligible
- Postgraduates are not eligible
- Open to candidates interested in data entry / non-voice roles
- Should be willing to work in night shifts (Work from Office – Chennai)
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (reading, writing, speaking)
- Typing speed: 30+ words per minute
- Knowledge of Google Maps navigation & basic geography
- Computer and MS Office proficiency
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practice with accuracy
- Strong decision-making skills while adhering to defined policies
Job Responsibilities
- Content moderation with high accuracy
- Ensure compliance with security and client data protection guidelines
- Achieve productivity and quality benchmarks consistently
- Update information accurately on client systems
- Meet client deliverables within SLA/TAT timelines
- Contribute to user satisfaction and minimize escalations
