Job Description:
Amazon is hiring candidates for the role of Customer Support (Voice Process) on a 3–6 month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of Amazon’s customer experience team and work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries effectively and provide resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Graduates and postgraduates are also eligible.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior BPO/Customer Support experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational week offs.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Pay: ₹2.32 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA
- Meal Card: ₹13,200 per annum

- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 – ₹225 per shift (as per timing)
