Job Description
Philips is inviting applications for the Apprentice 2025 Program. Selected candidates will work as Apprentice Trainees and contribute to product development and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines for assembling and processing individual products.
- Follow established processes, parameters, and safety instructions.
- Ensure quality compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to shop floor improvement initiatives (6S and Kaizen).
- Enhance technical skills across different manufacturing processes.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Consistent academic performance (minimum 70% preferred).
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
