This opportunity is best for fresh Diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, Medical Electronics or Mechatronics. The program is designed to give hands-on experience at the manufacturing shop floor.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Trainee at Philips, you will be part of the team working on medical equipment manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating machines for assembling and processing products.
- Following established process parameters and handling them correctly.
- Maintaining safety and quality instructions at all times.
- Supporting 6S practices and continuous improvement (kaizen) on the shop floor.
- Developing skills on different coil assembly operations.
This role is a full-time position based in Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics with minimum 70% marks in academics.
- No active backlogs.
- Only candidates from the 2025 passing out batch can apply.
