Job Description
Motorola Solutions is hiring passionate and energetic freshers for the role of Apprentice Trainee.
You will work with the Defence Business Sales team, helping in sales support, research, and coordination activities.
This role gives exposure to real-time sales operations in one of India’s top defence technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with business opportunities and government tenders.
- Maintain trackers and help manage client relationships.
- Conduct research on defence sector market trends and competitors.
- Prepare sales proposals, documents, and presentations.
- Help in data analysis, CRM updates, and report creation.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for events or trade shows.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech degree (any branch).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Interest in the defence and technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to multitask and complete work on time.
