About the Role
As a Project/Program Manager Intern, you will support the planning, management, and execution of multiple technical programs for Rubrik’s Engineering Organization. This role offers exposure to On-Prem and SaaS product delivery, allowing you to understand and contribute to real-world program management in a high-growth tech environment.
You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams, track project progress, identify risks, and help streamline processes to ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution:
- Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones, and metrics.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Track progress and report updates to stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support.
- Assist in communicating schedules, issues, and progress effectively.
- Support in conducting efficient and goal-oriented meetings.
Risk Management:
- Help identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Suggest tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for future programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Skills:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner and strong team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to the Storage domain or Enterprise product development.
