Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Analyst L1, you will be part of Wipro’s Quality Assurance Advisory Services (QAAS) team.
Your role will focus on conducting process audits, identifying error trends, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and driving continuous process improvements through structured feedback and training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular process quality audits as per defined guidelines
- Perform high-frequency audits for low-performing agents
- Prepare and share audit findings reports with stakeholders
- Analyze error trends and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Conduct calibration sessions and refresher trainings
- Communicate client updates and quality expectations effectively
Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance / QAAS concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
