Skill Set:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
• Expertise working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Description:

• Review, design, develop & implement new features and functionalities.
• Understand new requirements and design optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and client engineers.
• Support through qualification cycles.
• Work closely with functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot integration testing issues.
• Handle field-reported problems, providing quick resolutions, workarounds, recoveries, and fixes.
