Skill Set:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
- Expertise working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Job Description:
- Review, design, develop & implement new features and functionalities.
- Understand new requirements and design optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and client engineers.
- Support through qualification cycles.
- Work closely with functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot integration testing issues.
- Handle field-reported problems, providing quick resolutions, workarounds, recoveries, and fixes.
