- Flexibility to work from office (WFO)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners required
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational week off
Job Description:
- Handle domestic process through phone calls
- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer support via voice calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers efficiently
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
