Experience: Freshers
Skill Set:
- Good customer handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to Work from Office (WFO).
- Flexible to work in Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Working days: 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
- One-way cab facility (based on shifts).
Job Description:
- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Managing calls from US customers regarding billing inquiries.
- Addressing queries, conducting surveys, and collecting feedback.
- Handling service calls and customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer queries through email and calls.
