Key Responsibilities:

• Validate orders as per the scope of work.
• Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configuration.
• Collaborate with Order Managers to finalize the scope before configuration.
• Review network designs provided by the design team.
• Build network configurations based on scope and design.
• Lead customer edge device activation calls and deploy necessary device configurations.
• Coordinate with L2 technicians for complex network issues.
• Troubleshoot network issues with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates preferred).
• Freshers with completed certifications/courses from a recognized institute or candidates with 6+ months of experience.
• Knowledge in telecom domain/IT-related areas.
• Understanding of network configuration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in system navigation and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• SDWAN training or SDWAN certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
• Strong logical thinking and a results-driven approach.

Additional Details:

• Work involves both voice (50%) and non-voice (50%) tasks.
• Must have the flexibility to work on weekends with rotational week offs.
