Key Responsibilities:
- Validate orders as per the scope of work.
- Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configuration.
- Collaborate with Order Managers to finalize the scope before configuration.
- Review network designs provided by the design team.
- Build network configurations based on scope and design.
- Lead customer edge device activation calls and deploy necessary device configurations.
- Coordinate with L2 technicians for complex network issues.
- Troubleshoot network issues with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates preferred).
- Freshers with completed certifications/courses from a recognized institute or candidates with 6+ months of experience.
- Knowledge in telecom domain/IT-related areas.
- Understanding of network configuration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in system navigation and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- SDWAN training or SDWAN certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Strong logical thinking and a results-driven approach.
Additional Details:
- Work involves both voice (50%) and non-voice (50%) tasks.
- Must have the flexibility to work on weekends with rotational week offs.
