Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python
• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues
• Good understanding of operating systems and system applications
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications through remote support
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers
• Research and resolve customer complaints using available resources
• Route calls and tickets to appropriate teams for efficient resolution
• Document call information and maintain reports as per standard operating procedures
• Recognize trends in customer queries and report them to the management team
• Create standard operating procedures for newly identified issues and solutions
