Job Description:
- Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications through remote support
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Research and resolve customer complaints using available resources
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate teams for efficient resolution
- Document call information and maintain reports as per standard operating procedures
- Recognize trends in customer queries and report them to the management team
- Create standard operating procedures for newly identified issues and solutions
