Job Description: Tech Mahindra is conducting a Mega Walk-in drive for the position of Customer Care Executive in Banking Voice Process. This is a Work from Office opportunity. If you have excellent communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in the BPO sector, we welcome you to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.
- Working in a Banking Voice Process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution.
- 6 days working schedule.
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates are required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO sector.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: 1.70 LPA to 2.10 LPA.
- One side cab facility during odd hours.
- Work location: B19, Tech Mahindra, Sec 62 Noida, Opposite to DME College.
