Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries in Hindi and other regional languages.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support.
- Ensure excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work from office (6 working days with 1 rotational off).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers (with completed exams) and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Preferred Languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and English.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 10 days or less are preferred.
- Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

- Shift Timings: Male employees may have late-night logouts (up to 12:00 AM), with a drop facility available if the shift ends between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM within a 15 KM radius. Female employees will log out by 8:00-10:00 PM or earlier.
