Job Description :
- Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP.
- Employees Data Management
- Processing the activities from the functional mailboxes
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- SAP Entries
- SAP Contracts
- Create Personnel Files
- Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness.
- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure.
- Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team.
- Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
