1. Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP.
2. Knowledge of SAP HR systems and accounting packages.
3. Ability to work in a flexible, high pressure and client driven work environment.
4. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills required.
5. Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to organise work, document, and report concisely.
7. Self-motivator and Independent.
8. Good verbal, written communication and documentation skills.

Job Description :

1. Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP.
   1. Employees Data Management
   2. Processing the activities from the functional mailboxes
   3. Onboarding
   4. Offboarding
   5. SAP Entries
   6. SAP Contracts
   7. Create Personnel Files
2. Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines.
3. Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness.
4. Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure.
5. Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team.
6. Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
